At Studio Lane L.L.C., I value transparency and clarity in every project and purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for both digital products and creative services.
Digital Products
All downloadable and digital products (such as templates, resources, and courses) are non-refundable. Because these items are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned. If you encounter a technical issue, such as a broken file or incorrect download link, please contact me at cheryl@onstudiolane.com, and I'll be happy to provide a replacement.
Services
Payment for services is required upfront once the consultation and project scope have been agreed upon.

If you cancel before work has begun, a refund will be issued

Once work has started, all payments are final and non-refundable
This ensures that time, planning, and resources are dedicated to your project and are respected and protected.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. Studio Lane L.L.C. does not store or handle your financial information directly.
